Meet the president
L’Lorenzo Seabrook, MBA, PCC, CTPC, partners with senior leaders who navigate complexity, change, and expanded responsibilities. With 30 years of military leadership experience—including 18 years in Special Operations—and over a decade as a professional coach, he brings tactical precision and transformative depth to executive development and teams. L’Lorenzo’s ontological coaching approach helps leaders shift from “doing” to “being,” focusing on effective communication, change leadership, and sustainable trust. His clients—from Fortune 500 executives to federal government leaders—consistently report increased confidence, reduced stress, and breakthrough organizational results.
Currently serving as President of the ICF Washington, DC Metro chapter, a 1,300-member organization, and as a coaching fellow at George Mason University, L’Lorenzo is recognized for creating safe, challenging spaces where leaders discover what’s possible. Notably, L’Lorenzo was an adjunct at the Federal Executive Institute, Charlottesville, Virginia, where he led small groups of executives in the Leadership for a Democratic Society course. He is a certified Executive Leadership and Team Coach. He received his training from George Mason University and NewField Network and is credentialed by the International Coach Federation as a Professional Certified Coach (PCC).
L’Lorenzo’s professional career is supported by advanced degrees and multiple certifications. He currently holds a Master of Business Administration with a leadership concentration from Excelsior University in New York and is pursuing a Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) with a leadership concentration from Liberty University in Lynchburg, Virginia. He has attended Harvard’s Leading Change for Organizational Renewal and Negotiation for Senior Executives and is a graduate of the U.S. Army’s Sergeant Major Academy.
