L'Lorenzo Seabrook is a seasoned coach with a wealth of experience to help guide meaningful discussion. He's able to tap into the emotional and mental space in a way that doesn't feel intrusive or judgmental and that's a unique art. He has the skill of guiding conversations with thought provoking questions while also holding you accountable for your responses, promises and way of thinking. I've come to some realizations with his help that have made me excel as a leader and step into my next phase with confidence. L'Lorenzo is a fantastic coach and trustworthy aid to a fulfilling career and life. Highly recommend.

In a word, L’Lorenzo Seabrook’s executive coaching has been groundbreaking for me. We instantly clicked from the first day we met. From that day forward L’Lorenzo has shown the type of genuine interest and investment in my personal growth and wellbeing that is required to help someone conquer their fears and change their life for the better. His patient encouragement helped me believe in myself again and break through my limiting beliefs, which has been critical in my journey from complacency to action, from disconnection to engagement, and from inner turmoil to peace. I left behind an unfulfilling career and dared myself to reach for my dream of running for political office. Like any dream, it has been scary and a struggle, and there have been many dark days and sleepless nights. But throughout it all L’Lorenzo has been there for me, accessible, upbeat, in tune with my feelings, always finding the right thing to say at the right moment. Those things don’t just happen; they arise from his deep sense of connection, coupled with significant skill, brought to bear to help people like me find our “why" and live our best lives. No one in my adult life (other than my wife, of course) has had such a profoundly positive impact on me as L’Lorenzo.

The overall tone and content for the day fit our office well in that it wasn't too touchy-feely, but it still helped us engage in personal reflection. The theme that emerged from our staff’s feedback, “the facilitator did a good job creating a safe environment in which people felt free to open up and share their thoughts and opinions. The session was helpful to initiate conversations about concerns individuals have had as well as how to address them; we felt empowered to suggest ways of doing things differently.

Our group could not be more pleased with the results of our group coaching experience. First, it’s a misnomer that group coaching is something we should request only when our group is struggling or facing some level of turmoil. Thinking that way about coaching is like thinking that high performing sports teams don’t need coaches. Great coaching can help make even the best sports teams become better performers. Our coach helped our group think deeper about what we were trying to achieve, helped us better understand our styles and motivations, and helped us integrate what we want to achieve with how we pursue success to shift our group mindset to pursuing new possibilities.
Thank you! I’ve never spoken that much in a classroom setting… EVER! Your questions gave me the heart to tell my story, a story that I’ve been wanting to share with my colleagues for years. Those issues with my former supervisor have put me under a black light which seems like I would never recover from. My private fight! A significant weight has been lifted.
